Unais Kunnaruvath

Unais is our senior snagging inspector, graduated in a bachelor of technology in Civil Engineering from India and started his career in Dubai as a property inspector, throughout his career raised 100,000 snags in UAE with more than 1000 snagging reports. Unais also worked on the project delivery of the Dorchester collection by Omniyat. Before starting with UBA Snagging inspection services he worked as a head of the Snagging division in one of the UAE’s largest luxury real estate brokerage -‘’ AX CAPITAL ‘ based in Dubai.
